| How to make a New Consultant Folder When you add a new consultant to your team at a spa party, it is helpful to give her information to go home with. You can make up these folders at the beginning of each month and carry them with you to the spa. Once she joins, go through the contents of the folder and explain ordering opportunities. What you need to make folders: (MAKE TEN FOLDERS) ~ 10 plain two-pocket folders ~ 10 copies of the password/login Page ~ 10 copies of New Consultant Ordering Opportunity Page ~ 10 catalogs ~ 10 printed outside order forms ~ 10 business cards ** Optional** Include a copy of the current monthly Achiever magazine. | HOW TO ENTER A NEW CONSULTANT INTO THE SYSTEM Login to www.beautinet.com Click on Build My Team Click on Recruit Online Click on E-Signature Check all boxes Enter new consultant Info in each screen Make sure you write down her new consultant number and PIN number at the end! Email your new consultant her consultant number and PIN. ___________________________________________________ What Does it mean to Qualify a Consultant? A consultant can be qualified in three ways: 1. Joining with the $99 case and adding the Perfect Spa Package within 30 days. 2. Joining with the $99 case and placing a $500 custom order within 30 days (details described in DOC just above this box). 3. Joining with the $99 case and placing $1000 in orders within 60 days of joining. Qualifying consultants benefits the recruit and the recruiter: •New consultants who join BC and place an order at signup or soon thereafter are twice as likely to stay engaged with our company. •The best discounts are always offered to new consultants. For example: Only new consultants can purchase the spa tools package. •Placing orders within first 90 days qualifies new consultants for spa rewards packages. •The more products a new consultant uses, the more she falls in love with our fabulous spa treatments! •The recruiter recieves the promotional gifts/credits/prizes for that month. •The recruiter promotes into leadership, which means bonuses and commission. •The recruiter's team volume goes UP! Each qualified consultant adds $500 in team volume. ** Adding 2 new consultants to your team every month should be a consistent part of growing a healthy business ** |
